Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain systems and solutions related to the network engineer role.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
- Maintain system documentation, technical reports, and operational procedures.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with IT policies.
- Support deployment, testing, and integration of IT infrastructure and software.
- Use modern tools, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise IT systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in relevant IT technologies, systems, or software platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, databases, networks, or software development.
- Ability to work in enterprise IT environments across GCC region.

I am a Network Engineer with hands-on experience working in the ISP industry, supporting B2B clients and ensuring reliable internet and managed network services. My role includes monitoring client connectivity, provisioning services on Juniper core routers, configuring managed devices (Fortinet, Cisco, Mikrotik, TP-Link, and others), troubleshooting network issues, supporting routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS, and assisting with VLANs, VPNs, VoIP, and DNS management. I also provide 24/7 on-call support, coordinate with circuit providers for fault resolution, and maintain clear technical documentation.
With strong technical troubleshooting skills, solid knowledge of routing, switching, and network security, and a commitment to high service availability and customer support, I am confident I can contribute effectively to your team.
