Responsibilities:
The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management and departmental teams. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, and handling confidential information with professionalism. The role requires coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth office operations and timely communication. The candidate will also support travel arrangements, event coordination, and documentation control where required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role within the UAE. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office applications and professional email communication. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
