- LinkatoJobs and Employers
- LinkatoJobs and Job Seekers
- Employers and Job Seekers (until independently agreed)
2.2 We are not a party to any employment agreement formed between users.
3. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree that:
3.1 All job postings must be lawful, genuine, and non-misleading.
3.2 They have full authority to post vacancies.
3.3 Job descriptions must not contain:
- False information
- Discriminatory language
- Illegal conditions
- Requests for upfront payments
- Requests for sensitive personal information
3.4 Employers are solely responsible for:
- Interview processes
- Employment contracts
- Visa sponsorship
- Salary payments
- Labor law compliance
3.5 LinkatoJobs shall not be liable for any employment disputes, salary disputes, visa issues, or contractual disagreements.
4. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers agree that:
4.1 All information submitted (CV, qualifications, experience) is accurate.
4.2 They are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of employers.
4.3 They will not hold LinkatoJobs liable for:
- Fraudulent job offers
- Salary disputes
- Employment termination
- Workplace conditions
- Immigration issues
4.4 LinkatoJobs does not conduct background checks unless explicitly stated.
5. Content Moderation & Removal Rights
5.1 We reserve the absolute right to:
- Approve or reject job listings
- Remove listings without notice
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Edit content for formatting purposes
5.2 We may remove content that:
- Violates laws
- Appears fraudulent
- Contains misleading information
- Damages our reputation
- Violates platform integrity
Our decision is final and not subject to dispute.
6. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written consent.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our discretion.
9.2 Suspended users may not create new accounts.
9.3 We are not obligated to provide reasons for termination.
10. Data & Privacy
10.1 By using the Platform, users consent to collection and processing of submitted information.
10.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
