Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee operational performance and ensure alignment with corporate objectives across Kuwait operations. The role includes supervising department teams, monitoring key performance indicators, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The manager will coordinate strategic planning initiatives, optimize business processes, and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership. Active involvement in talent development, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation is essential.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of managerial experience within Kuwait or GCC markets. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, financial planning, and operational controls. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making capabilities. Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
