- All hiring decisions, negotiations, contracts, and communications occur directly between employers and candidates.
2. No Employment Relationship
Nothing on this Platform creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or contractual relationship between LinkatoJobs and Employers, LinkatoJobs and Job Seekers, or Employers and Job Seekers (until independently agreed). We are not a party to any employment agreement formed between users.
3. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree that:
- All job postings must be lawful, genuine, and non-misleading.
- They have full authority to post vacancies.
- Job descriptions must not contain false information, discriminatory language, illegal conditions, requests for upfront payments, or requests for sensitive personal information.
- Employers are solely responsible for interview processes, employment contracts, visa sponsorship, salary payments, and labor law compliance.
LinkatoJobs shall not be liable for any employment disputes, salary disputes, visa issues, or contractual disagreements.
4. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers agree that all information submitted (CV, qualifications, experience) is accurate, and that they are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of employers. Job seekers will not hold LinkatoJobs liable for fraudulent job offers, salary disputes, employment termination, workplace conditions, or immigration issues. LinkatoJobs does not conduct background checks unless explicitly stated.
5. Job Listings & External Applications
Job listings on LinkatoJobs may link to external websites, employer career pages, or third-party application forms operated by employers, recruiters, or job boards. Applying for a position may require leaving LinkatoJobs and submitting your information directly to a third party. LinkatoJobs is not responsible for the application process, data handling, or communications that occur on external websites once you leave our Platform.
6. Recruitment Scams & Fees
LinkatoJobs does not charge job seekers any fee to apply for a job, and we do not request payment, bank details, or upfront fees from candidates at any stage of the application process. If any individual or company claiming to represent an employer or LinkatoJobs requests payment, banking information, or upfront fees from you, treat this as a probable scam, do not provide any information or payment, and report it to us immediately at info@linkatojobs.com.
7. Content Moderation & Removal Rights
We reserve the right to approve or reject job listings, remove listings without notice, suspend or terminate accounts, and edit content for formatting purposes. We may remove content that violates laws, appears fraudulent, contains misleading information, damages our reputation, or violates platform integrity. Our decision is final and not subject to dispute.
8. Advertisements
This Website may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. We do not control, endorse, or verify the content of advertisements, and we are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in any advertisement. Any interaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

14. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our discretion. Suspended users may not create new accounts. We are not obligated to provide reasons for termination.
