Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer – Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency..
In addition, oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Main Activities
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship. Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
In addition, analyze and resolve complex engineering and construction issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Dubai.
Delivery and Collaboration
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer for high rise towers projects with 15+ total years of experience in the construction industry
• UAE experience required, with a strong familiarity of local construction standards and regulations in Dubai.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and industry best practices
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and site safety protocols
• Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and contract management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
• Outstanding technical report writing and documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with sustainable construction practices and innovative solutions
• Knowledge of contract management and dispute resolution techniques
