Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on site supervision and consultant experience with min 5 years
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Dubai
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in sustainable design practices
• Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, BIID) preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Dubai
• Fluency in English - knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
