Job Description
Role Purpose
Develop MICE revenue for Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central Dubai. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
In addition, acquire conference, exhibition and recurring corporate business across three hotels. 2.
Moreover, build relationships with organisers, PCOs, DMCs and meeting planners. 3.
Main Activities
Use DWTC calendars to target peak and quieter demand periods. 4.
In addition, negotiate profitable room, meeting-space and catering agreements. 5.
Moreover, coordinate event handovers and maintain forecasts and CRM accounts. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Five to seven years of hotel sales with proven MICE performance.
Delivery and Collaboration
Dubai event-market knowledge, commercial negotiation and account-planning skills; MS Office and hotel sales/CRM proficiency. A relevant degree is preferred.
