Role Purpose
Build IOTA Group's regional client portfolio for workforce and technical services from Dubai. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
In addition, research prospects and contact project, procurement and HR decision-makers. 2.
Moreover, match staffing, EOR, payroll and mobility services to operational needs. 3.
Main Activities
Prepare tenders, rate proposals and vendor registrations. 4.
In addition, coordinate account delivery with recruitment, HR and Operations. 5.
Moreover, attend regional events and maintain CRM activity. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and fluent English.

Typically one to three years in staffing/HR-services sales or industrial business development; technical candidates moving into sales are also considered. Cold-outreach confidence and UAE residency or eligibility are essential.
