Role Purpose
Lead GCC and MENA source-market sales for the Rixos and All-Inclusive Collection GCC portfolio from Dubai. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
In addition, own market plans, key accounts and room/revenue targets. 2.
Moreover, develop travel-trade, corporate, government and MICE partnerships. 3.
Main Activities
Negotiate agreements with hotel Revenue and Sales teams. 4.
In addition, coordinate regional campaigns and multi-property opportunities. 5.
Moreover, monitor forecasts, travel budgets, credit follow-up and account performance. 6.
Therefore, coach assigned sales colleagues.
Delivery and Collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE At least five years in hotel sales with GCC/MENA account responsibility. Proven targets, regional trade knowledge and luxury/resort/all-inclusive experience.
In addition, strong negotiation, forecasting, CRM, Excel and PowerPoint skills; English and travel flexibility. Relevant degree is preferred; Arabic is strongly preferred and multi-property experience advantageous.
