Role Purpose
Plan construction schedules for a large data-centre development. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Turner & Townsend; Edmonton, Canada.
In addition, turner & Townsend provides project, programme and cost-management services.
Main Activities
RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain CPM programmes and baseline comparisons; Prepare 90-day lookaheads and progress metrics; Review schedule quality; Analyse delays and recovery scenarios; Coordinate trade interfaces and programme records. REQUIREMENTS Construction management, engineering, controls or related degree; Six years in construction planning/scheduling; Primavera P6, MS Project and CPM; Multi-trade and contract-planning knowledge; Reporting skills; Data-centre/high-tech/mission-critical experience preferred.
