Role Purpose
Coordinate project records, costs and administration for the construction delivery team. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Chandos Construction; Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES Manage drawings, changes and shop-drawing logs; Track RFIs, invoices and claims; Prepare cost/status reports; Administer payroll and coding; Coordinate site meetings and sustainability records. REQUIREMENTS Two years or more coordinating projects for a general contractor; Construction-related technical diploma or equivalent experience; Blueprint reading; Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe/Bluebeam; Construction-trade, safety and regulatory knowledge.
