Job Description
Role Purpose
Prepare multidisciplinary construction cost estimates for project teams and clients. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION CIMA+; Québec, Quebec, Canada.
In addition, cIMA+ is an employee-owned Canadian engineering and project-services business.
Main Activities
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Class D–A estimates in UNIFORMAT II; Measure drawings and obtain supplier prices; Analyse labour/material/equipment costs; Draft estimate bases and update cost databases. REQUIREMENTS Engineering/architecture degree or relevant estimating training; Seven years estimating; Multidisciplinary project experience; Estimating software and 3D-model interpretation; French and English required for cross-Canada coordination; Quebec/Canadian estimating memberships and certifications advantageous.
