Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE NMC Healthcare is recruiting a Specialist – Gastroenterology in Abu Dhabi. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and review clinical diagnoses; Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care; Support clinical supervision, teaching and staff development; Contribute to clinical quality review and improvement; Perform or support the specified endoscopic procedures; Perform indicated liver biopsy.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Approved medical degree, one rotating-internship year, three internal-medicine residency years and three gastroenterology residency years; current home-country specialist licence and DOH Abu Dhabi licence; at least two GI practice years; medical ethics, confidentiality and interpersonal skills; excellent written/spoken English. Arabic knowledge is desirable.
