Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Planner- Date Center in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: data centres, marine/port works.
In addition, prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Measure works and maintain quantity/BOQ assessments; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.

REQUIREMENTS At least ten planning/scheduling years and end-to-end hyperscale data-centre construction experience; expert MS Project/Primavera P3/P5/P6, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; resource/cost integration, baselines and master schedules; construction/contract and PMI knowledge; coordination, reporting and communication skills.
