Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Inspector – Architect in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: fire systems, marine/port works, architectural finishes/fit-out.
In addition, inspect or supervise assigned works and record compliance with project requirements; Review or coordinate drawings and technical/material submissions; Check quality standards and follow up compliance issues; Identify and track defects, nonconformities or outstanding works; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Architecture/civil/relevant diploma or degree; seven-plus architectural-inspection and interior-fit-out years; finishes, glazing/joinery, drawings/submittals, WIR/ITP/NCR/snagging and airport safety knowledge; MS Office and reporting. Airport/commercial/hospitality/major-building experience is preferred; AutoCAD is advantageous.
In addition, in-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
