Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Manager – Construction (High-rise) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical scope: high-rise construction.
In addition, develop, coordinate or review the specified design deliverables; Prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces. REQUIREMENTS Construction/civil/architecture/relevant degree; at least 20 progressive construction-management years including ten high-rise/complex-multistorey years.
Main Activities
Full lifecycle, design-build integration, PMC, controls, multi-team leadership and significant P&L responsibility required. Advanced degree, PMP, LEED, BIM, vertical logistics and value-engineering experience are preferred.
In addition, in-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
