Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Measure works and maintain quantity/BOQ assessments; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Develop or evaluate tender and proposal documentation; Coordinate the specified procurement and supplier activities; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces; Provide the stated team leadership, guidance or training.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant QS/civil/construction degree or equivalent experience; ten-plus QS/cost years and Middle East RTA-project experience.
Main Activities
QS/CAD/land-information software, estimation/forecasting, contracts/procurement, leadership, negotiation and Office/project tools required. Prior RTA approval, professional membership and Saudi-market knowledge are preferred.
In addition, in-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
