Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Project Surveyor (MEP) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare or monitor programmes, sequencing and project progress; Manage the stated estimating, budget or cost-control activities; Measure works and maintain quantity/BOQ assessments; Assess or support changes, claims and contractual issues; Develop or evaluate tender and proposal documentation; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Mechanical/electrical/QS degree and five years of MEP quantity surveying in the Middle East.
Main Activities
In-person first-day onboarding at an AECOM office is required. EMPLOYMENT Contract.
