Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Architectural Inspector in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect or supervise assigned works and record compliance with project requirements; Identify and track defects, nonconformities or outstanding works; Identify risks/hazards and support the required investigations or controls; Apply the relevant site health and safety requirements; Maintain the required reports and project records; Coordinate with the relevant client, contractor and project-team interfaces.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Construction/consultancy architectural-inspection experience; UAE/Dubai codes, architectural/structural assessment, drawings, materials/methods/safety, CAD/digital inspection and photographic reporting.
Main Activities
Inspection systems, international standards and project management are preferred; driving licence/site travel are preferred. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
