Role Purpose
ROLE NOVOTEL MADINAH is recruiting a Director of Sales and Marketing for Madinah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Novotel Madinah sales and marketing; set growth plans, direct campaigns and teams, and translate market/customer insights into revenue and market-share opportunities.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Require Holy City market experience and a valid transferable Iqama.
Main Activities
Bring sales/marketing strategy results, team leadership, digital marketing/CRM, commercial finance, analytics, business development and stakeholder/project management. Arabic, Middle East exposure, change-management experience and a related degree are preferred.
