Role Purpose
ROLE Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort (Minor Hotels) is recruiting a Cluster Senior Sales Manager – MICE for Ad Dakhiliyah, Oman. RESPONSIBILITIES Grow cluster MICE accounts at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar; evaluate production, prospect new clients, manage sales activity and coordinate operations to deliver group/event business.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Must develop product/competitor knowledge, financial literacy, negotiation and face-to-face selling.
Main Activities
Maintain working knowledge of sales systems, property PMS and Office, with accurate administration and reporting. Role requires client travel/roadshows and targets at least 60 sales calls and 10 client entertainments/site inspections monthly.
