Role Purpose
ROLE Foodics is recruiting a Key Account Manager for Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Foodics enterprise clients; increase adoption and retention, negotiate renewals, develop upsell opportunities and use customer feedback and account metrics to coordinate product/service improvements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
Main Activities
Require key-account experience in F&B, SaaS, ERP or technology, enterprise revenue-growth results and Arabic/English fluency. Need negotiation, presentations, strategic data analysis, customer service and priority management.
