Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE SAP is recruiting a Solution Sales Executive – HCM for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Own strategic SAP SuccessFactors accounts; develop transformation plans, qualify pipeline and expansion, lead executive value discussions and negotiate cloud deals with partner/customer-success teams.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Require enterprise software sales/consulting/HR experience, Saudi HCM sales results and quota achievements.
Main Activities
Understand Nitaqat, GOSI, Mudad, labour compliance and data privacy. Bring Vision 2030 exposure, executive relationships, complex SaaS negotiation, AI/HR expertise and quantified business cases.
In addition, operate across Arabic/English business settings and travel within KSA; advertised travel 0–10%. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
