ROLE The Creekside Hotel Dubai an Accor Hotel is recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct hotel restaurants, bars, banquets and culinary operations; set budgets and commercial plans, develop teams and oversee service quality, HACCP and operational compliance.
