ROLE RAFFLES THE RED SEA is recruiting a Cluster Executive Pastry Chef – Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead pastry and bakery across Raffles and Fairmont Red Sea; develop menus/recipes, guide teams and coordinate outlet/banquet quality, presentation and costs.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant culinary/pastry degree, diploma or recognized certification.
Main Activities
Require advanced pastry/chocolate/confectionery/viennoiserie, multi-outlet/property luxury experience, team leadership and commercial judgement. English fluency required; Arabic advantageous.
