ROLE Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection is recruiting a Reservations Agent Intern in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Alwadi Hotel Doha reservations; answer enquiries, explain rooms/rates and facilities, enter accurate bookings and coordinate guest requests with the reservations team.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Currently studying a relevant hospitality/tourism/business degree or diploma.
Main Activities
Require English, organization, computer skills, basic reservation knowledge and professional guest service. Prior reservations/front-office experience and extra languages are assets.
