ROLE Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah is recruiting a Lobby Butler -Saudi Nationals in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide personalized lobby/VIP assistance, anticipate needs, arrange special requests and coordinate guest service across front office, housekeeping and F&B departments.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Saudi nationals only. High-school diploma required; relevant degree preferred and butler certification advantageous.

Require team supervision, luxury etiquette/protocol, Office/household systems and discretion. English plus Turkish or French are required; Arabic highly desirable.
