ROLE GRAND MERCURE DUBAI DOWNTOWN is recruiting a Assistant Human Resources Manager – AP&CM – Hotel Franchised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Support Grand Mercure Business Bay staffing, HR policies and budgets; coordinate recruitment, training, performance and employee relations and oversee payroll, WPS, benefits and statutory employment administration.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS HR/hotel-management bachelor's degree.
Main Activities
Require UAE labour/MOHRE/WPS/visa knowledge, English and Office, leadership and communication. UAE hospitality experience preferred; Accor/HRMS/payroll systems advantageous.
