Role Purpose
ROLE La Cigale Hotel Managed by Accor is recruiting a Executive Chef in Doha, Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead hotel culinary operations, menus and production across outlets and banquets; develop regional/international offerings and maintain quality, safety, team performance and kitchen profitability.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant culinary/hotel diploma or degree.
Main Activities
Require luxury multi-outlet/banquet production, international and Arabic/Qatari/Gulf cuisine, menu engineering, costs/budgets and multicultural leadership. HACCP certification preferred; Qatar/GCC experience advantageous.
