ROLE Accor is recruiting a Hot Kitchen Oriental Chef in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare traditional Hijazi and Oriental dishes at Novotel Thakher Makkah; maintain recipe consistency, portions, presentation and safe hot-kitchen production.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Require authentic Hijazi/Saudi/Oriental cooking and ingredients, consistent high-volume quality and HACCP/hygiene knowledge.
Main Activities
Culinary training and buffet/banquet experience preferred; Makkah hotel exposure advantageous. Flexible shifts/peak seasons required.
