ROLE Accor is recruiting a Chef de Partie (Bakery) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Produce bakery items at Novotel Thakher Makkah; organize ingredients and equipment and maintain taste, texture, portions, presentation and safe production.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Require bread/pastry/dough production, fermentation/proofing, recipe consistency and HACCP knowledge.
Main Activities
Culinary/bakery qualification preferred; Makkah hotel exposure advantageous. Flexible shifts/weekends/holidays/peak seasons needed.
