Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is recruiting a Head Chef in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Run restaurant kitchen production and service; coach the culinary team; maintain recipe, plating and portion consistency; develop menus with the Executive Chef; control meat yields, ingredient waste and food costs.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Culinary qualification or equivalent practical background; 5–7 years of culinary progression including 2–3 years supervising or heading a kitchen.
Main Activities
Requires steakhouse cooking, butchery, meat ageing, yield and cost management, HACCP, team leadership and English. Availability for evening, weekend and holiday duties is required.
