Role Purpose
ROLE Pullman Dubai Downtown is recruiting a Steward in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and sanitise kitchens, utensils and service equipment; operate dishwashing machinery safely; segregate waste and maintain disposal areas; monitor cleaning supplies and follow hygiene and HACCP procedures.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS At least one year as a hotel or restaurant steward; understanding of kitchen sanitation and cleaning procedures.
