Role Purpose
ROLE Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Associate Director – Pre Contract in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct major cost-management commissions and act as the client interface; lead commercial strategy, team delivery and stakeholder meetings; oversee procurement, risk and change matters and improve value across project services.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Extensive infrastructure cost/commercial management and at least ten years of post-qualification experience.
Main Activities
Requires team leadership, procurement routes, contracts, cost control and client advisory ability. MRICS, consultancy/client-side background and Middle East familiarity are preferred.
