Role Purpose
ROLE Etihad Airways is recruiting a Service Recovery Agent in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle escalated airline complaints and service-recovery cases; undertake back-office resolution tasks within the round-the-clock desk; apply passenger policies, coordinate stakeholders and provide clear case updates and customer responses.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS High-school qualification, relevant customer-service/contact-centre certification and at least two years in airline or related customer-facing work.
Main Activities
Requires complaint handling, airline-process knowledge and CRM/case-system experience. Service recovery, refunds, languages, IATA and further study are preferred.
