ROLE Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers – Hotel & Residence is recruiting a Sous Chef in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Executive Chef with kitchen operations and service; supervise and develop culinary staff; maintain food quality, presentation and hygiene; coordinate production across sections to keep kitchen performance consistent.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Proven sous-chef or comparable experience in a four- or five-star property and management of several kitchen sections/outlets.
