Role Purpose
ROLE Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah is recruiting a Duty Manager in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee hotel activity during assigned shifts; resolve guest concerns and operational issues; coordinate department heads and represent management in the absence of senior leaders to maintain service continuity.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant hospitality degree or diploma and 2–3 years as a duty manager or front-office supervisor.
