Role Purpose
ROLE AECOM is recruiting a Specialist Material Engineer – Infrastructure & Bridges in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Review material submissions, manufacturer data and laboratory results; assess technical compliance and alternatives; recommend acceptance or corrective actions and support quality decisions for infrastructure and bridge construction.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Relevant materials/civil-engineering degree and infrastructure/bridge materials experience.
Main Activities
Requires testing, durability and acceptance-criteria knowledge across concrete, steel, asphalt and other construction products, plus submission and non-conformity evaluation. UAE experience is preferred.
