Role Purpose
ROLE Atlantis The Palm (Kerzner International) is recruiting a Sous Chef, The Shore in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Chef de Cuisine in organising kitchen operations; supervise and train staff; maintain hygiene, stock and service procedures; coordinate departmental requirements and sustain consistent culinary quality.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Catering diploma and at least five years in professional kitchens.

Requires relevant cuisine knowledge, leadership and comparable experience in a five-star hotel or Michelin-star restaurant. Industry recognition for culinary quality is preferred.
