Role Purpose
ROLE JLL is recruiting a Head of Consulting, KSA in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Saudi real-estate consulting, revenue and client delivery; win advisory mandates, oversee financial and market analysis, manage engagement quality and risk and develop the consulting team and business strategy.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Substantial senior Gulf/KSA real-estate advisory experience, proven major mandates and client relationships.
Main Activities
Requires feasibility/market studies, financial modelling, PPP/master-planning knowledge, team leadership and English. Arabic is advantageous; the employer does not finalise a numerical experience minimum.
