Role Purpose
ROLE SGS is recruiting a Associate Technical Client Manager (Pharmaceutical) in Remote — Remote, REMOTE, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as technical link between pharmaceutical clients, laboratory operations and sales; scope and quote projects, resolve sample/method queries, coordinate incoming work and client meetings, manage service concerns and support colleagues while maintaining applicable GMP/GLP/ISO controls.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Requires three-plus years as a laboratory scientist or equivalent, CMC-focused pharmaceutical development/regulatory knowledge and strong negotiation and client-communication skills. A chemistry bachelor's and two-plus years of customer contact are preferred; must manage competing sample deadlines and work closely with laboratory managers.
