Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Eurofins EAG Materials Science, LLC is recruiting a Customer Service/Courier – EAG Laboratories in Sunnyvale, CA, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Register incoming samples in CRM, coordinate courier collections and returns and transport client samples; support reception, answer calls and assist customer-service and operations teams to keep laboratory sample movements and customer enquiries organised.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Advert requires US citizenship because of defence/ITAR-related work, three-plus years of customer service, Office/Outlook skills and a clean driving record.
Main Activities
SAP/CRM is advantageous; must handle potential five-to-six-hour driving assignments, computer-based tasks and packages of about 25 lb. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
Delivery and Collaboration
Hours/arrangements: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; courier driving may reach five to six hours PAY AND BENEFITS Pay amount not disclosed.
