Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE JYSK Canada is recruiting a Store Manager in Moose Jaw, SK, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop the store management/team, set sales strategies and targets and maintain store standards; oversee recruitment, safe working and loss-prevention processes and communicate priorities that support sales growth and team performance.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires two years in retail management/customer service, strong leadership, sound judgement and adaptability.
Main Activities
A high-school diploma/equivalent is preferred. Must work varied shifts including evenings/weekends and meet physical movement and product-handling requirements using ladders/stock pickers.
