Job Description
Role Purpose
ROLE Dexterra Facilities Management is recruiting a Account Director in Halifax, NS, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead convention/arena cleaning crews through event setup, live operation and turnover; deploy and train staff, inspect standards, respond to spills/hazards and manage supplies, waste and shift records while coordinating venue teams and enforcing safe working.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires high-school diploma and three-to-five years supervising facilities, janitorial, hospitality or related teams, with commercial cleaning, floor-care, waste and WHMIS knowledge.
Main Activities
Relevant further study and venue experience are assets. Must lead in busy public environments and work event-driven evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.
