Role Purpose
ROLE Techo-Bloc is recruiting a On-Site Event Coordinator in Saint-Hubert, QUEBEC, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead roadshow and trade-show execution, check event orders, direct setup/teardown and teams, coordinate catering/venues and welcome guests; solve live issues, keep programmes on schedule and review invoices and post-event outcomes with planners.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires two-plus years in events/hospitality/operations and live-event team leadership, excellent French/English and sound independent judgement.
Main Activities
Needs valid driving licence and passport, extensive Canada/US travel availability, lifting up to 40 lb and extended hours during setup, events and teardown. EMPLOYMENT Contract.
