Role Purpose
ROLE EMCO Corporation is recruiting a Strategic Development Program Trainee in Corner Brook, NL, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Progress through warehouse/customer service, procurement, account development and leadership rotations; learn shipping/receiving and counter transactions, build customer/vendor relationships and develop sales, coaching and operational-management skills.

REQUIREMENTS Requires college/university degree, customer-service and organisation skills, clear communication, Microsoft Office proficiency and independent/team working. Needs initiative, integrity and willingness to learn; plumbing and/or HVAC/R knowledge is an asset.
