Role Purpose
ROLE The Creekside Hotel Dubai an Accor Hotel is recruiting a Bar / Beverage Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage hotel beverage outlets, menus and promotions, control purchasing and stock costs and develop bar staff; monitor sales/budgets and coordinate events while enforcing hygiene, licensing and responsible-service requirements.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires the advertised three-to-five years in bar/beverage management, product/mixology knowledge, team leadership and cost/inventory/revenue controls.
Main Activities
Luxury-hotel experience is preferred; strong communication and flexible evening/weekend/holiday availability are required. EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
