ROLE Sofitel Dubai The Palm is recruiting a Chief Concierge (6 Months Mission) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead concierge, bell, door, valet and airport-transfer services, guide guests on local/hotel services and coordinate mail and information; organise staffing/leave schedules and maintain professional lobby and guest-assistance operations.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires tourism/hotel-management degree, Clefs d'Or membership and five concierge/related years, English, leadership and multicultural guest-service skills.
