ROLE Sofitel Dubai Downtown is recruiting a Commis 2 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, cook and plate food, organise section mise en place and complete daily food-storage checklists; receive/rotate ingredients and keep the kitchen clean and compliant with food-safety instructions from senior chefs.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires a kitchen-school diploma, creative interest in food/service, communication and teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
